Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for returns:

  • Items must remains in original packaging 
  • Must have original receipt 
  • Must not be a sale item
  • Returned within 14 Days of order date

On Sale products are NOT eligible for full refund.

Once we have received the in-tact returned item(s) we are happy to exchange the product for another item we have in stock or alternatively, you can choose to have credit.

Nude Beautique reserves the right of final decision.


How do I Return or Exchange?

Kindly email us at so we can look out for the returned items. Once your items have been received, inspected and approved, we will replace or refund you in credit. 

Please note:

  • Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable
  • Returns can be dropped off at any of our locations
  • If you are shipping the return items, the shipping costs are not covered by Nude Beautique
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure adequate protection during the transit back to us
  • Upon receipt of your return, Store Credit can be processed in 2-3 working days of receiving the item/s
  • Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method. 
  • Sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged
  • Final decision will be solely at Nude Beautique’s discretion


What if I received a faulty item?
Nude Beautique is proud to carry brands that have a proven track record for providing high-quality products; however, there are rare circumstances whereby something may have been missed.

If you have received an item that has manufacturing defects or damage before usage, we sincerely apologize.  Kindly email us with an image of the faulty item and once we have confirmed and received the item, we will return 100% of value to you!
